Shayna and Paul celebrated their love with a breathtaking fall wedding at the Culinary Institute of America at Greystone in St. Helena. Nestled among the picturesque vineyards, the Romanesque castle-like winery built in 1888 provides an idyllic backdrop for their special day. The couple chose a stunning palette of sage greens and eucalyptus with pops of white and pink roses, perfectly complementing the rustic elegance of the historic estate.

The couple exchanged vows in front of 100 or so friends and family on the expansive terrace in front of the statuesque ivy-covered stone winery. Pastor Greg Ellis officiated the ceremony with heartfelt words, making the moment even more special for Shayna and Paul.

After the “I Do’s” we hosted a cocktail reception with passed hors d’ouvres and stunning views of vineyards to get the guests revved up for the evening celebration.

The reception moved the party into the enchanting barrel room, transformed into a regal setting fit for a king and queen. With its warm wooden beams and atmospheric lighting, the room exuded charm and intimacy, inviting guests to enjoy an unforgettable dining experience provided by the CIA chefs and staff. Personal touches from the bride elevated the celebration, from custom table settings to unique favors that reflected their journey together.

As guests mingled, the delightful arrangements by EV Floral Design added bursts of color and fragrance throughout the venue. The bride’s hair and makeup, crafted by Contour Bridal, highlighted her natural beauty.

The celebration continued with lively DJ services provided by Wine Country Entertainment, creating an atmosphere of joy and excitement. Capturing every beautiful moment was Stacey Pentland Photography, ensuring the memories would last a lifetime. The couple also enlisted Troy Ellis for videography, allowing them to relive the day in motion.
